We strive to ensure all shipments are packed well and delivered to your doors as quickly as possible. All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is placed; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com and we will happily give you the number. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will inform you that business day and ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Please be aware a signature on delivery may be required, in particular for higher cost shipments. Also, certain products like oils, fluids and gas charged shock absorbers are unable to travel by air and will be shipped via ground. In this case please allow extra time for you order to arrive.
