If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for credit if it is in a clean, undamaged and unfitted condition in original packing and if you notify us within 21 days of purchase. This excludes made to order products, and products that are not returnable to their respective supplier or manufacturer once ordered. This will be waived in the case where we have said or implied a particular part will fit a vehicle and does not.
Where we haven't confirmed fitment prior to an order, we may at our sole discretion accept a return of an order for store credit, but in this case, the customer is responsible for all return freight costs.
We reserve the right to reduce a store credit by the value of any re-stocking or re-boxing fee incurred by us from any supplier or manufacturer.
Where no shipping cost was paid for initially (ie. free shipping), we reserve the right to reduce any refund or store credit by the value of the initial shipping cost.
Warranties
All warranties offered are manufacturers' warranties only. Goods are only warranted for street use. Use in speed trials and/or off-road shall void all warranties. Brakes Direct Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by goods.
International Customers
International customers pay local customs and taxes. Title of goods shall not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full.
